Angie Harmon (born Angie Harmon) is an American actor and model who has been featured on numerous television shows as well as films in the last couple of decades. At first she was an established model, and later when she gained international recognition, she made her foray into acting. She began her acting career through the television show"Baywatch Nights. In addition, she voice-acts and was the voice of the animated film "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". Harmon decided to quit working in TV shows and concentrate solely on films in the year 2000. After a brief appearance in films then she returned to TV shows acting. The only one of a handful of actors in 2008 who discreetly posed nude in the magazine 'Allure. The most famous of her roles is her part in the role of detective Jane Rizzoli in the TNT series "Rizzoli & Isles.' The role of detective she played was extremely praised and she won several awards. Angie Harmon was nominated over the past few years for her excellent performances, but has not won any awards.
