Angie Harmon was an American actress, model and singer who appeared in a variety of films and TV programs over the past few years. She began as a model, but once she was recognized internationally, she decided to take on acting. In 1995 she began acting with the TV series "Baywatch Nights". Harmon also has done voice acting, and she has also provided her voice to the animated adaptation of the movie Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker'. The beginning of 2000 was when Harmon made the decision to concentrate on films and quit doing TV shows. After a few films then she returned to acting in TV series. In 2008, she was among the very few actresses that posed for Allure magazine without bras. The role of detective Jane Rizzoli was her most famous work in the TNT series Rizzoli & Isles. As detective, she has been very well-respected and was awarded accolades. Angie Harmon was nominated over these past years for her outstanding performances, however she has not won any awards.
